Purchasing and sales department

    Purchasing and sales department under which there are two warehouses( one is for finished products and the other one is for semi-finished products), is the key department in our company for materials circulation. The two warehouses cover an area of 1600 square meters. We apply modern 5S management to the spot in the warehouse and manage the materials and products of various specifications orderly according to first-in-first-out principle. During the management for product storage, the products are stored in different area according to sale type or product type, and the products of the same kind are stored in different areas according to planned ones and reserved ones. Besides, the storage position would be clearly identified. Thus the scientific supplying and selling system which considers customers' needs as direction and adapts to the requirements for competition in the future, are formed.
