Manufacture department

    There are 80 operators, 6 constructors and 2 producing workrooms,1 machining workroom in manufacture department. The assembly workroom possesses 4 modern and completely automatic assembly lines, with the annual producing capability of more than 0.6 million sets of automobile air-conditioner control panels. Parts workroom owns advanced system controlled by computer and 7 completely automatic and fine injection machines with facilities of automatic drying and conveying materials and more than 4 million times of injecting capability annually, as well as 3 pressure machines of safe operating system. Machining workroom has lathe, milling machine, grinder and conveying machine and so on. Besides normal maintenance and processing, also can be able to produce tool, jig, gauge, tooling, mould and so on.
